For security and speed reasons, we recommend that you send the items you wish to return by mail with a return receipt requested.

Refund and exchange requests will be processed as soon as possible and exchanged items will be shipped with standard delivery.

The period for processing returns and delivery of exchanged products varies from 7 to 10 business days, on average, from receipt of the return. Business days: Monday to Friday, except holidays.
